Sobivad ka originaaltegelased ehk sinu enda loodud tegelaskujud.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cosplay maskeraad toimub Game in Tartu teisel p\u00e4eval, 22. veebruaril.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3><b>V\u00f5istluse formaat<\/b><\/h3><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maskeraadi formaat on j\u00e4rgmine: osalejad v\u00f5tavad lava k\u00f5rvale ritta vastavalt numbrile, mis neile registreerumisel antakse. \u00dckshaaval l\u00e4hevad k\u00f5ik cosplayerid lavale, poseerivad v\u00f5i esitavad l\u00fchikese etteaste ning lahkuvad lavalt. Aega laval olla on maksimaalselt 15 sekundit. Maskeraadil osalejad ei saa ise valida oma taustamuusikat ning lubatud on vaid k\u00e4es hoitavad rekvisiidid.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kohtade arv on piiratud.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3><b>Hindamine<\/b><\/h3><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hindamine toimub kahes kategoorias: Tavaosalus ja k\u00e4sit\u00f6\u00f6meisterlikkus (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">craftsmanship<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">).<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Osaleda v\u00f5ib vaid \u00fches kategoorias.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>Tavaosalus<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Osaleda v\u00f5ivad k\u00f5ik. Kost\u00fc\u00fcm v\u00f5ib olla nii ise tehtud kui ka ostetud.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kohtunikud hindavad esitusi laval n\u00e4htu p\u00f5hjal: meeldej\u00e4\u00e4vus, kost\u00fc\u00fcmi silmapaistvus, hoiak ja enesekindlus laval, efektsus vms.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Auhinnatakse kolme parimat esitust.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V\u00f5istelda v\u00f5ib nii \u00fcksi kui ka grupiga. Grupis v\u00f5ib olla kuni 8 inimest.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>K\u00e4sit\u00f6\u00f6meisterlikkus<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kost\u00fc\u00fcm peab olema suuremas osas (80%) ise valmistatud. Ise tehtud ei pea olema parukad, jalan\u00f5ud, sukkp\u00fcksid, seeliku all kantavad l\u00fchikesed p\u00fcksid jms.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Selles kategoorias osalejad l\u00e4bivad enne v\u00f5istlust eelhindamise (pikemalt selgitatud allpool).<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V\u00f5istelda v\u00f5ib vaid \u00fcksi.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Auhinnatakse \u00fchte parima kost\u00fc\u00fcmi valmistanud osalejat.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3><b>Registreerumine<\/b><\/h3><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Registreerumine toimub s\u00fcndmusel kohapeal m\u00f5lema s\u00fcndmusp\u00e4eva v\u00e4ltel.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Registreerumise hetkel ei pea v\u00f5istlejad olema kost\u00fc\u00fcmis.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">T\u00e4psemad juhised osalemiseks antakse registreerumisel.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Registreerumiseks tuleb t\u00e4ita <\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/kDhuUbwe6k6sHWDt8\">registreerimisankeet<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ankeedi t\u00e4itmise t\u00e4htaeg on 13.02.2026. Kohtade varasemal t\u00e4itumisel v\u00f5ib juhtuda, et sulgeme ankeedi varem.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Peale ankeedi t\u00e4itmist saadetakse osalejatele j\u00e4rjekorranumber, eelhindamise kellaaeg ning t\u00e4psemad juhised osalemiseks.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3><b>V\u00f5istluskost\u00fc\u00fcmid<\/b><\/h3><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V\u00f5id teha cosplay \u00fcksk\u00f5ik millisest ametlikust meelelahutusallikast, n\u00e4iteks anime, manga, m\u00e4ngud, filmid, TV-sarjad, multifilmid, kuulsused jne.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Karakter v\u00f5ib olla originaaltegelane v\u00f5i originaaldisain olemasolevast tegelasest.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ostetud kost\u00fc\u00fcmid on lubatud ainult tavaosaluse kategoorias.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kost\u00fc\u00fcm peab olema sobiv avalikus kohas kandmiseks &#8211; arvesta sellega, et s\u00fcndmusel viibib ka alaealisi k\u00fclastajaid.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kui sa pole kindel, kas sinu tegelane sobib, v\u00f5i on k\u00fcsimusi kost\u00fc\u00fcmireeglite kohta, v\u00f5ta meiega \u00fchendust: <\/span><a href=\"mailto:cosplayestonia@gmail.com\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cosplayestonia@gmail.com<\/span><\/a><\/li><\/ul><h3><b>Eelhindamine<\/b><\/h3><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eelhindamine on protsess enne v\u00f5istlust, kus kohtunikud saavad privaatses ruumis v\u00f5istleja kost\u00fc\u00fcmi l\u00e4hedalt n\u00e4ha ja esitada k\u00fcsimusi selle valmimisprotsessi kohta. See aitab kohtunikel isetehtud kost\u00fc\u00fcme ausalt hinnata.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eelhindamise l\u00e4bivad k\u00e4sit\u00f6\u00f6meisterlikkuse kategoorias v\u00f5istlevad osalejad.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eelhindamine toimub enne v\u00f5istluse algust samal p\u00e4eval. T\u00e4pse algusaja ja ajakava saadame osalejatele registreerimisankeedis esitatud meilile.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eelhindamise jooksul saad oma kost\u00fc\u00fcmi ja selle valmimisprotsessi kirjeldada. R\u00e4\u00e4gi kohtunikele, kuidas kost\u00fc\u00fcmi tegid, milliseid materjale ja tehnikaid kasutasid jne. Kohtunikud v\u00f5ivad sulle ka spetsiifilisi k\u00fcsimusi esitada. Kuna eelhindamiseks antud aeg on l\u00fchike, keskendu olulisematele osadele, \u00e4ra r\u00e4\u00e4gi sellest, mis sulle kost\u00fc\u00fcmi juures ei meeldi, ning m\u00f5tle oma tekst enne eelhindamist l\u00e4bi.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Soovi korral v\u00f5id kaasa v\u00f5tta v\u00e4lja prinditud pilte kost\u00fc\u00fcmi valmimisprotsessist ja\/v\u00f5i l\u00fchikesi kirjeldusi paberil, mida kohtunikele n\u00e4idata. See aitab ka sul endal meeles pidada, mida mainida. Kui prinditud pabereid on mitu, kombineeri need \u00fcheks mapiks. Kohtunikud v\u00f5ivad paluda sul mapi nende k\u00e4tte j\u00e4tta, et nad saaks selle hiljem veel \u00fcle vaadata.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00d5igel ajal eelhindamisele mitte kohale ilmumisel v\u00f5ib juhtuda, et sinu eelhindamine j\u00e4\u00e4b \u00e4ra. Sel juhul saad sa v\u00f5istelda tavaosaluse kategoorias.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00f5ni meie kohtunikest on v\u00e4lisk\u00fclaline, seega eelhindamine toimub inglise keeles. Kui sa ei tunne ennast inglise keeles kindlalt, kirjuta oma tekst paberile valmis ja loe see ette v\u00f5i v\u00f5ta kaasa s\u00f5ber, kes saab sinu juttu t\u00f5lkida. Kui see ei ole v\u00f5imalik, siis anna meile oma murest registreerimisankeeti t\u00e4ites teada &#8211; leiame sobiva lahenduse. Inglise keele mitte oskamine ei takista v\u00f5istlusel osalemist!<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eelhindamist ei tasu karta &#8211; kohtunikel on hea meel, et sind n\u00e4ha, ning kindlasti on nad su vastu s\u00f5bralikud! V\u00f5ta seda kui head v\u00f5imalust r\u00e4\u00e4kida kellelegi oma isetehtud kost\u00fc\u00fcmist, mille \u00fcle sa uhke oled.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3><b>Laval<\/b><\/h3><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Laval viibimiseks on igal osalejal\/grupil aega umbes 15 sekundit. Selle aja jooksul v\u00f5ib poseerida, esitada l\u00fchikese etteaste vms.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rekvisiidid on lubatud, kuid need peavad olema k\u00e4es hoitavad ning v\u00f5istleja v\u00f5tab need lavale kaasa ning viib \u00e4ra ise.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Konfetid, glitter, vedelikud, p\u00fcrotehnika, kergesti purunevad esemed (nt klaas) ning muu sarnane, mida ei ole v\u00f5imalik paari sekundiga koristada ning mis v\u00f5ib lava kahjustada, on keelatud.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Relva meenutavad rekvisiidid peavad olema ohutud. Nugade, m\u00f5\u00f5kade jms terad ja tipud peavad olema n\u00fcrid. Realistlikel tulirelva meenutavatel rekvisiiditidel peab laskeava olema eredav\u00e4rvilise kattega kaetud. Put your creativity and crafting skills to test and get on stage on the second day of Game in Tartu &#8211; everyone is welcome!<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anyone can participate in the cosplay masquerade, no matter your earlier experience in cosplay.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is a competition, contestants are judged and awarded by experienced judges.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To participate, you must cosplay a specific character from a specific source. Original characters &#8211; characters designed by you &#8211; are also welcome.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cosplay masquerade will take place on the second day of Game in Tartu, 22. February.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3><b>Contest format<\/b><\/h3><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The format of the masquerade is as follows: participants line up next to the stage according to the queue number given at registration. One by one, all cosplayers will go on stage, pose or perform a short skit and leave the stage. Participants can stay on stage for a maximum of 15 seconds. Background music will be chosen by the organizers and only handheld props are allowed.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Spots are limited.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3><b>Judging<\/b><\/h3><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Judging will be held in two categories: Regular participation and craftsmanship.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Every contestant can participate in one category only.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>Regular participation<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anyone can participate. Wigs, footwear, undergarments etc can be bought.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participants in this category will take part in prejudging (more info further down).<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participation is allowed only as a solo.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The best costume will be awarded.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3><b>Registration<\/b><\/h3><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Registration will be held at the event during both days.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participants do not need to be in costume at the time of registration.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Specific instructions for participation will be given at registration.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participants must fill out the <\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/kDhuUbwe6k6sHWDt8\">registration form<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The deadline for registration is 13.02.2026. In case of available spots running out, we may close the registration earlier.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After filling out the registration form, participants will be sent a queue number, prejudging time and specific instructions for participation.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>Contest costumes<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You may cosplay from whichever official source, for example anime, manga, games, movies, TV series, cartoons, celebrities etc.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You may cosplay an original character or an original design of an existing character.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bought costumes are allowed only in the regular participation category.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your costume must be acceptable to wear in a public setting &#8211; keep in mind that there will be minors at the event.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If your not sure about your chosen character fitting our rules, or if you have any questions about our costume rules, please contact us at <\/span><a href=\"mailto:cosplayestonia@gmail.com\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cosplayestonia@gmail.com<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3><b>Prejudging<\/b><\/h3><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prejudging is a process before the contest, where the judges can see the contestant\u2019s costume up close and ask questions about its creation in a private room. This helps the judges to evaluate self made costumes fairly.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Only contestants in the craftsmanship category will take part in prejudging.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prejudging will be held before the start of the contest on the same day. The exact start time and schedule will be sent to the participants directly.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During prejudging, you have the chance to talk about your costume and its creation. Tell the judges how you made the costume, which materials and techniques you used etc. The judges may ask you specific questions. Since the time given for prejudging is short, focus on the important parts, don\u2019t talk about what you don\u2019t like and practise your speech beforehand.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You may bring printed photos of the costume\u2019s making process and\/or short descriptions on paper that you can show the judges. This can also help you remember what to mention. If you have several papers, combine them into a single folder. The judges may ask to keep the folder to go over it again later.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you fail to show up for prejudging at your allocated time, it may be cancelled. In this case, you can participate in the regular participation category.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Some of our judges are international guests, therefore prejudging will be held in English. You may bring a translator or ask our team for assistance.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There is no reason to fear prejudging &#8211; the judges will be happy to meet you! Take it as a good opportunity to tell someone about your self made costume that you\u2019re proud of.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3><b>On stage<\/b><\/h3><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Every participant\/group will have around 15 seconds to be on stage. During this time, you may pose, perform a short skit etc.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Props are allowed, however they must be handheld. The participants will take the props on and off stage by themselves.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Confetti, glitter, liquids, pyrotechnics, easily breakable objects (such as glass) and other similar items that can\u2019t be cleaned up in a few seconds and could damage the stage are forbidden.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Props resembling weapons must be safe. The edges and corners of knives, swords etc must be dull. For realistic firearm-resembling props, the opening must be covered with a bright-colored cap. The organizers reserve the right to forbid bringing props that don\u2019t adhere to the rules on stage, and\/or confiscate the prop for the duration of the event.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you wish to throw something to the audience, you must get clear permission for it from the organizers.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The performances must adhere to general ethic norms &#8211; performances inciting hate and\/or violence are forbidden.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The organizers reserve the right to remove a participant from the contest in case of an unfit performance.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3><b>Final notes:<\/b><\/h3><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Game in Tartu cosplay organizing team reserves the right to make necessary changes in the rules and contest process.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Game in Tartu is not responsible for unattended items, nor are they responsible for any damage to costumes, props or other belongings.
