    Osalemine<\/b><\/h1>

    1.1 Turniiril osalemiseks peab m\u00e4ngija olema v\u00e4hemalt 13-aastane ja j\u00e4rgima Steami ning FaceIti reegleid. Kui turniiril osaletakse rahvusvaheliselt, peab j\u00e4rgima nende vanuse- ja asukohap\u00f5hiseid n\u00f5udeid.<\/span><\/p>

    1.2 Kui osalejal on VAC (Valve Anti Cheat) ban siis ei saa turniiril osaleda. Kui osalejal on kehtiv VAC ban v\u00f5ib korraldaja eemaldada kas v\u00f5istkonna v\u00f5i m\u00e4ngija turniirilt.<\/span><\/p>

    1.3 Iga v\u00f5istkond peab koosnema 5 m\u00e4ngijast ja lisaks v\u00f5ib olla kuni 2 lisaliiget (treener ja\/v\u00f5i asendusm\u00e4ngija). M\u00e4ngijate vahetus turniiri jooksul peab olema koosk\u00f5lastatud vastasmeeskonna ja turniiri korraldajatega.<\/span><\/p>

    1.4 K\u00f5ik osalejad peavad austama vastaseid, kohtunikke ja turniiri korraldajaid ning k\u00e4ituma viisakalt ja lugupidavalt kogu turniiri v\u00e4ltel.<\/span><\/p>

    1.5 Eelturniirid toimuvad FaceIt keskkonnas, toimumisajad:<\/span><\/p>

    • I eelturniir 10.01.2026<\/span><\/li>
    • II eelturniir 17.01.2026<\/span><\/li>
    • III eelturniir 24.01.02026.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      1.6 Finaalturniir toimub 21.02.2026 – 22.02.2026 A. le Coqi spordihoones (Ihaste tee 7, Tartu).<\/span><\/p>

      1.6.1 Finaalturniir on<\/span> BYOC<\/span><\/i> (<\/span>Bring Your Own Computer<\/span><\/i> \u2013 too oma arvuti), osad valitud m\u00e4ngud toimivad laval korraldajate poolt varustatud arvutitega.<\/span><\/p>

      Turniiri format<\/b><\/h1>

      2.1 Turniiri formaat.<\/span><\/p>

      2.1.1 Eelturniirid toimuvad topelteliminatisooni (<\/span>Double Elimination<\/span><\/i>) formaadis kokku toimub 3 eelturniiri.\u00a0 Esimeselt kahelt eelturniirilt saab edasi 3 tiimi, viimaselt eelturniirilt 2 tiimi. Kui tiim kukub eelturniirilt v\u00e4lja, siis v\u00f5ib tiim j\u00e4rgmistel eelturniiridel osaleda, kuid osalustasu tuleb uuesti maksta.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

      2.1.2 Finaalturniir toimub kahes alagrupis (kaks 4 tiimilist alagruppi). M\u00f5lemast alagrupist p\u00e4\u00e4seb edasi 2 tiimi. Alagrupim\u00e4ngud BO1 formaadis. Poolfinaalid BO3 formaadis, finaali formaat BO3.<\/span><\/p>

      2.3 Finaal toimub korraldaja poolt varustatud arvutitel publiku ees.<\/span><\/p>

      2.4 Turniir toimub 5v5 formaadis.<\/span><\/p>

      2.5 M\u00e4ngitakse Counter-Strike 2 uusima ametliku versiooniga.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

      M\u00e4ngureeglid<\/b><\/h1>

      3.1 Eelturniiri m\u00e4ngud toimuvad FACEIT platvormil vastavalt m\u00e4ngu ametlikele reeglitele ja tingimustele. Finaalturniiri m\u00e4ngud toimuvad LAN serveritel.<\/span><\/p>

      3.2 Igal meeskonnal on lubatud kasutada \u00fchte treenerit, kes v\u00f5ib anda meeskonnale n\u00f5u ainult m\u00e4ngupauside ajal (m\u00e4ngu k\u00e4igus r\u00e4\u00e4kimine on keelatud).<\/span><\/p>

      3.3 Suhtlus korraldajatega k\u00e4ib l\u00e4bi discordi serveri: LINK. M\u00e4ngijad v\u00f5ivad kasutada kas Discordi, teamspeaki v\u00f5i m\u00e4ngusisest h\u00e4\u00e4lsuhtlust. Discordi v\u00f5i teamspeaki kasutamisel on suhtlus lubatud vaid turniirikorraldaja poolt loodud kanalites.<\/span><\/p>

      3.4 K\u00f5ik m\u00e4ngijad peavad j\u00e4rgima hea spordimehelikkuse ja ausa m\u00e4ngu p\u00f5him\u00f5tteid.<\/span><\/p>

      3.5 M\u00e4ngija ja tiimi nimi peab vastama Twitchi kogukonna juhistele ja turniiri platvormi tingimustele ning ei tohi olla ebas\u00fcnnis.<\/span><\/p>

      3.6 M\u00e4ngu individuaalsel striimisel on rangelt soovituslik viiteaeg 5 minutit.<\/span><\/p>

      3.7 Relva kleepsudest ei tohi moodustada ebas\u00fcndsaid v\u00e4ljendeid v\u00f5i kujundeid.<\/span><\/p>

      3.8 Tohib kasutada vaid algseid m\u00e4ngijamudelied.<\/span><\/p>

      M\u00e4ngu \u00fclesehitus turniiril<\/b><\/h1>

      4.1 M\u00e4ngud algavad k\u00f5ik ette n\u00e4htud ajal, kui teid pole kohal siis kaotate m\u00e4ngu.<\/span><\/p>

      4.2 M\u00e4ngu alustamiseks tuleb kirjutada m\u00e4ngus <\/span>!ready<\/i><\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

      4.3 Poole otsustamiseks tehakse serveripoolne automaatne noaround. V\u00f5itnud tiim otsustab poole kirjutades <\/span>!stay <\/i><\/b>v\u00f5i <\/span>!switch<\/i><\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

      4.4 Kui server jookseb kokku, proovib korraldaja viimase roundi taastada. Kui see ei ole v\u00f5imalik, teeb korraldaja vastavad muudatused kohapeal.<\/span><\/p>

      4.5 Kui m\u00e4ngija kaob m\u00e4ngust v\u00f5i tekib muu tehniline t\u00f5rge, tuleb kirjutada m\u00e4ngus <\/span>!pause<\/i><\/b>, mis annab taktikalise timeout\u2019i.<\/span><\/p>

      4.7 Lisaaja vajaduse otsustab korraldaja.<\/span><\/p>

          6.1 Kaardivalik eelturniiridel toimub FaceIt keskkonnas.<\/span><\/p>

          6.2 Kaardikeeld ja -valik toimub turniiri Discordi kanalis meeskonna kaptenite poolt. Kaptenid eemaldavad kordam\u00f6\u00f6da \u00fche kaardi, kuni j\u00e4\u00e4b alles m\u00e4ngitav kaart (Ainult LAN).<\/span><\/p>

          6.2 BO3 formaadis valivad kaptenid kolm kaarti j\u00e4rgmises j\u00e4rjekorras: M\u00f5lemad kaptenid eemaldavad \u00fche kaardi. Kaptenid valivad kordam\u00f6\u00f6da m\u00e4ngitava kaardi. Seej\u00e4rel uus eemaldamise ring ja alles j\u00e4\u00e4b viimane m\u00e4ngitav kaart.<\/span><\/p>

          Keelatud tegevused<\/b><\/h1>

          Kui kohtunikud leiavad, et m\u00e4ngija kasutab midagi, mis annab ebaausa eelise, on neil \u00f5igus m\u00e4ngijat v\u00f5i meeskonda hoiatada v\u00f5i turniirilt eemaldada.<\/span><\/p>

          3. Lua-skriptid ja automaatskriptid (nt bunnyhop scriptid, anti-recoil scriptid).<\/span><\/li>
          4. Exploitide kasutamine (nt boostimine l\u00e4bi seinte\/lae\/maa, n\u00e4htamatutel \u00e4\u00e4rtel k\u00f5ndimine, skywalking, map swimming, sharking).<\/span><\/li>
          5. Pommi paigutamine ligip\u00e4\u00e4smatutesse kohtadesse.<\/span><\/li>
          6. Configi failide muutmine v\u00e4ljaspool ametlikult lubatud seadeid.<\/span><\/li>
          7. Mis tahes m\u00e4ngumootori vigade (bugide) tahtlik kasutamine.

            Participation<\/strong><\/h1>

            1.1 To participate in the tournament, a player must be at least 13 years old and comply with Steam and FaceIt rules. If participating internationally, players must follow age and location-based requirements.<\/p>

            1.2 Any participant with a VAC (Valve Anti-Cheat) ban cannot take part in the tournament. If a participant has an active VAC ban, the organizer may remove either the player or the entire team from the tournament.<\/p>

            1.3 Each team must consist of 5 players, with up to 2 additional members (coach and\/or substitute). Player substitutions during the tournament must be coordinated with the opposing team and tournament organizers.<\/p>

            1.4 All participants must respect opponents, referees, and organizers, and behave politely and respectfully throughout the tournament.<\/p>

            1.5 Qualifiers will be held on FaceIt platform at the following times:<\/p>

            I Qualifier: 10.01.2026
            II Qualifier: 17.01.2026
            III Qualifier: 24.01.2026<\/p>

            1.6 The final tournament will take place on 21\u201322 February 2026 at A. le Coq Sports Hall (Ihaste tee 7, Tartu).<\/p>

            1.6.1 The LAN event is BYOC (Bring your own computer) with some games taking place on stage on computers provided by the organizers.<\/p>

            \u00a0Tournament Format<\/h1>

            2.1 Tournament format:<\/p>

            2.1.1 Qualifiers will be played in a Double Elimination format. A total of 3 qualifiers will be held. From the first two qualifiers, 3 teams advance; from the last qualifier, 2 teams advance. If a team is eliminated from a qualifier, they may participate in the next one, but must pay the participation fee again.<\/p>

            2.1.2 The final tournament will be played in two groups (two groups of 4 teams). The top 2 teams from each group advance. Group stage matches are BO1. Semifinals are BO3, and the final is BO3.<\/p>

            2.3 Finals will be played on organizer-provided computers in front of a live audience.<\/p>

            2.4 The tournament is played in 5v5 format.<\/p>

            2.5 Matches will be played on the latest official version of Counter-Strike 2.<\/p>

            Game Rules<\/h1>

            3.1 Qualifier matches are played on the FACEIT platform according to official game rules and conditions. Final matches are played on LAN servers.<\/p>

            3.2 Each team may have one coach, who may give advice only during game pauses (not during live gameplay).<\/p>

            3.3 Communication with organizers takes place via Discord server: LINK. Players may use Discord, Teamspeak, or in-game voice chat. If using Discord or Teamspeak, communication is only allowed in channels created by the tournament organizer.<\/p>

            3.4 All players must follow principles of good sportsmanship and fair play.<\/p>

            3.5 Player and team names must comply with Twitch community guidelines and tournament platform rules, and must not be offensive.<\/p>

            3.6 For individual streaming of matches, a 5-minute delay is strongly recommended.<\/p>

            3.7 Weapon stickers must not form offensive words or shapes.<\/p>

            3.8 Only original player models may be used.<\/p>

            4. Match Setup During Tournament<\/p>

            4.1 All matches start at the scheduled time; if a team is not present, they forfeit the match.<\/p>

            4.2 To start a match, players must type !ready in-game.<\/p>

            4.3 Side selection is decided by an automatic server knife round. The winning team chooses side by typing !stay or !switch.<\/p>

            4.4 If the server crashes, organizers will attempt to restore the last round. If not possible, organizers will make necessary adjustments on-site.<\/p>

            4.5 If a player disconnects or a technical issue occurs, type !pause in-game to trigger a tactical timeout.<\/p>

            4.7 The need for overtime will be decided by the organizer.<\/p>

            Map Selection<\/h1>

            6.1 Map selection in qualifiers takes place on the FaceIt platform.<\/p>

            6.2 Map veto and selection during LAN matches is done in the tournament Discord channel by team captains. Captains alternately remove maps until one playable map remains.<\/p>

            6.2 In BO3 format, captains select maps in the following order:<\/p>

            Both captains remove one map.
            Captains alternately pick one playable map.
            A new veto round is held, and the last remaining map is played.<\/p>

            Forbidden Actions<\/h1>

            If referees find that a player is using anything that provides an unfair advantage, they have the right to warn or remove the player or team from the tournament.<\/p>

            Forbidden actions include:<\/p>

            Third-party programs (e.g., aimbots, wallhacks, sound hacks, no smoke, no flash).
            Graphics and texture modifications that provide unfair advantages.
            Overlays (e.g., Rivatuner, Nvidia SLI Display).
            Lua scripts and auto-scripts (e.g., bunnyhop scripts, anti-recoil scripts).
            Exploits (e.g., boosting through walls\/ceilings\/floors, walking on invisible edges, skywalking, map swimming, sharking).
            Planting the bomb in inaccessible locations.
            Modifying config files outside officially allowed settings.
