Project “Ambition, Collaboration, and E-sports Development” – ACE

It is an international Erasmus+ cooperation project led by Tartu Youth Work Centre in collaboration with the Lithuanian partner organization Robotikos Mokykla. The focus of the project is e-sport as a youth work tool – with the aim of making computer gaming more meaningful and supporting youth development through engaging and practical experiences.

Projekti eesmärk

🎯 Projekti sihiks on:

  • tõsta teadlikkust e-spordist kui mitteformaalse õppimise võimalusest;
  • anda noortele teadmisi ja oskusi e-spordiürituste korraldamiseks;
  • toetada noorsootöötajaid e-spordi kaasamises oma töösse;
  • luua praktiline käsiraamat e-spordiürituste korraldamise kohta;

Projekti ajaperiood

📅 Projekt kestab 01.01.2025 – 31.03.2026 (kokku 15 kuud).

  • 💻 Veebipõhine koolitusprogramm (aprill–juuli 2025), mille teemad on:

Where can I buy the tickets?

What is "LAN-pilet"?

A LAN ticket is an exclusive ticket for a player who wants to attend the event with their own computer.

This guarantees you a reserved personal gaming spot on-site – with a table, chair, internet connection, and power. You’ll need to bring your own computer, and if you have a separate monitor you'd like to use, you’ll need to bring that as well.

If you feel that a regular chair isn't enough, feel free to bring your own gaming chair and set up exactly as comfortably as you would in your home setup.

What is a "Tiimi pilet"?

There is one entry fee for the qualification, which applies to the entire team at once, not per player. The fee is 25 € per team – meaning if there are 5 players in the team, the cost will be 5 € per player.

What's the difference between the LAN area and the tournament?

TLDR;

LAN area = an open gaming space for everyone who comes with their own equipment.

Tournament = the main event competition, where only teams that have passed the qualification can participate.

How to participate in the tournament?

Buy a team ticket ("Tiimi pilet") – the team ticket is available for purchase on Piletitaskus.

Register your team – after purchasing the ticket, fill out the team registration form:
https://forms.gle/m6b8RCJ7ApuHxgc59

Participate in the qualification – the qualifiers will take place on FACEIT with the following dates:

I qualifier: 10.01.2026

II qualifier: 17.01.2026

III qualifier: 24.01.2026

If you advance from the qualification, we look forward to seeing you at the final tournament on 21–22.02.2026 at A. Le Coq Sports Hall (Ihaste tee 7, Tartu).
